Viking Line does not exercise the option with Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry for a second cruise ferry
The first ship will be completed in 2020
The company of Finnish navigation Viking Line has announced the decision not to exercise the option agreed with the Chinese ship yard Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Co. (XSI) for the construction of according to ferry, ship that would have had to follow that of 63.000 tons of tonnage that last year the shipowning society has commissioned to the Chinese plant and that it will be taken in delivery in 2020(on November 23, 2016 and 10 April 2017).
