- German logistics group Rhenus has bought all the assets
Swiss shipping company Interfracht, which was
founded in 1965, retroactively on January 1st.
Acquisition includes all operational activities
Swiss company under the Interfracht Speditions brands,
Interfracht Logistik, Interfracht Overseas and Intertruck
Swiss subsidiary Rhenus Alpina of the German group.
- Rhenus specified that Rhenus Alpina will keep all the
Interfracht staff, which consists of 211 employees.
Interfracht also has offices in China and Vietnam.
