South Korean shipyards
- It was passed on to the Member States of the World Trade
- Today, the Member States of the World Trade Organization (WTO) are
the second complaint submitted to the organization by the
Japan on government support
South Korean shipyards in terms of funds, loans,
insurance policies and other financing that Tokyo
denounces to be incompatible with the subsidy agreement and
(ASCM) of the WTO and with the general agreement
Customs tariffs and trade (GATT).
- The complaint is the second filed by Japan and follows
submitted in November 2018.
