Today, the shareholders' meeting of Maritime Stations, the
company that handles passenger traffic in the port of
Genoa, appointed the new board of directors
as president, notary Federico Solimena and as administrator
delegate Edoardo Monzani. The other members of the board, who
will remain in office for two years, are Giacomo Costa, Simone
Gardella, Massimo Mura, Antonio Pedevilla, Pietro Pellerano, Franco
Ronzi and Enrico Vergani. The trade union college is made up of
Stefano Franciolini (president), Paolo Ravà and Antonio
Rosina.-
- In addition, the assembly approved the 2019 budget, the year in which
more than 3.5 million passengers have passed through the port of Genoa
